Ceramic-lined clad pipes,which are listed as one of the State"863" Program,are made by the composite new material with international advanced level.The new clad pipes are newly developed by University of Science and Technology,Beijing,and are first put into mass production by Jinying Company.The scientific experiments of the new clad pipes are also carried out by Jinying Company. The ceramic-lined clad pipes aer made up with ceramic layer,transition layer and steel tube layer from inner to outer.Under the action of centrifugal force,the fused alumina,whose temperature is more than 2600 degrees centigrade,will be solidified to and evenly clad to the inner wall of the steel tube,thus the ceramic layer is formed.The ceramic layer gotten bythis method is smooth and compact,and can stably and tightly clad to the steel tube.
